Here is what you will need before you do the coaching:

1. Willingness to do your best
2. Open-mindedness to be challenged and guided outside of your comfort zone
3. Know that you are preparing yourself mentally before you get a job interview
4. Mindset to succeed because the coachee also needs to put in the effort (2-ways)
5. Clean hair cut, appropriate clothing, cut nails, and overall hygienic appearance
6. Bring in your CV or resume + other accolades or certificates received

Our Job Interview Or University Interview Coaching Process

We’ve set and adapted the way we work for many years, so we plan our Job Interview/Pre-University Coaching Process from the initial meeting to closure.

Step 1: Contact Us For Job Interview/Pre-University Coaching

Reach out to us through our contact form to let us know your interest. Once we’ve received your email, you will receive a response from us within 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Job Interview/Pre-University Coaching Discovery Call

Through the discovery call, we will get to know you and your needs and see how our job interview/pre-university program can be a good fit for you.

Step 3: Set Job Interview/Pre-University Coaching Time and Location

We will set up a time and location to meet preferably in person if based in Phuket. If not, the coaching will be over zoom.

Step 4: Company Research & Planning

We will do the research on our side based on the company or university that you plan to enter so we can understand who might be interviewing you and their process.

Step 5: Targetting Needs

When we meet, we will ask you which target areas you wish to work on most whether it’s a confidence booster, how to deal with anxiety, the best ways to answer interview questions, or others.

Step 6: Interview Skills Practice & Training

Based on the priority or how many sessions you book with us, we will practice the aspects most needed for improvement. If more than one sessions are booked, we will have further time to practice and improve on areas of challenges.

Step 7: Practice Interview Exercises

Students or clients should do exercises that we ask them to perform while between sessions.

Step 8: Briefing before Closure

Students or clients should now have more practice and awareness of how they should carry themselves and prepare for their interviews.

Step 9: Final Preparation

Remember what was taught, be sure to dress for success, and think the best!

“I want no ordinary life but an extraordinary one.”

Being an immigrant from Hong Kong to America at the tender age of 10 deeply influenced my life choices today.  And being the only Asian face at school dealing with racism and discrimination while I had to work hard to assist my family at our Chinese restaurant almost every day made me feel trapped and insecure on many levels.

But my life is great! Why would I say that?

​It’s because if it wasn’t for those kids who made fun of me and my parents for pushing me outside of my comfort zone all the time, I wouldn’t dare to live a meaningful life.  

​Now, I have to thank them for leading me to create my present life and I am very grateful.  Now… I can dare to live an extraordinary life.
